Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference

Susquehanna University clinched the MARC Gold Tier Championship last weekend with a 53-5 win over 2nd place Bucknell University. This weekend they defeated Franklin and Marshall 48 to 10 to finish 7-0 on the season. It has been an impressive run for Susquehanna who now looks to the NSCRO Champions Cup. 

Susquehanna will host the Potomac Rugby Conference #2 team (TBD) on November 18th in the NSCRO Champions Cup national playoffs. Bucknell University, as the 2nd place team, will travel to Washington DC to play Catholic University on November 18th. Neumann University, finishing 3rd, will represent the MARC in the NSCRO Challenge Cup in North Adams, MA against teams from the New England Rugby Union, Colonial Coast CRC, Upstate CRC, and Cardinals CRC.

Congrats to all the teams in the MARC NSCRO Gold Division. Also, I big THANK YOU to all the fans that came out and supported the teams during the season. Good luck to Susquehanna, Bucknell, and Neumann as they continue on into November.
