Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference

Delaware's Women's Rugby is a Division II club sport in the Mid Atlantic Regional Conference. Our Blue Hens compete in both 15s and 7s seasons. We take pride in the strong bond we share as a family and sportsmanship we show to our competitors.
